This Puma knife has an early red felt box.  The Puma Waage-messer has a knife, a weight scale, and a fish bonker. 

This knife measures 5 7/8″ when closed.  The blade itself measures 3 11/16″. 

This knife was made in Solingen, Germany.

Back in the 1920’s or 1930’s when this knife was made, this was a real gentleman’s flyfishing knife.  Only the very best. 

This knife has an ingenious fold-out fish weighing scale.  There is also a scissors, a knife blade, and a corkscrew.  There is a tweezers–as well as the original wooden toothpick.  This A&F knife has a 3 1/8″ blade.  This knife measures 4 3/8″ when closed. 

This knife was made in Sheffield, England.

1 new in the box D.H. Russell Grohmann Canadian Belt knife available.  This Canadian-made Grohmann #4s belt knife would make a fine addition to any collection, and would make an excellent carry knife for a hunter, trapper, or fisherman.  

This knife measures 10 5/16″ overall.  The blade itself measures 5 3/16″.  The Grohmann Canadian hunting knife is one of the finest, and most functional, hunting knives made. 

1 Byrd/Randall walking staff/survival spear available.  This fine Stainless steel survival spear handle/walking staff fits the Randall model 18 survival/fighting knife. 

This 52″ walking staff is completely hollow.  Survival items can be stored inside the hollow staff.  The skull crusher pommel has a premium quality compass housed on its opposite end.  

1 vintage Belknap Hardware hatchet/hunting knife combo.  This very fine Belknap hatchet/knife combo would make an important addition to any collection.

The hunting knife has a 4 9/16″ blade.  It measures 8 1/4″ overall.  The tang is stamped ‘BELKNAP  LOUISVILLE’. 

The hatchet measures 10 1/2″ overall.  The hatchet head itself measures 2 3/8″ by 3 7/8″.  The hatchet is stamped ‘BELKNAP HDWE & MFG. CO.   TRADE MARK   LOUISVILLE, KY   BLUEGRASS‘. 

This set has a handsome tool-worked leather sheath.

1 antique Harry Morseth hunting knife.  This Morseth knife has a Brusletto Norway blade.  This vintage Morseth hunting knife would make an important addition to any collection.

The blade tang is stamped ‘MORSETH’.  The ‘BRUSLETTO’ blade stamp is still visible.  This knife measures 10 1/4″ overall.  The blade itself measures 5 3/4″.  The sheath is stamped on the back ‘MORSETH   CLINTON, WASH.‘.

1 antique early 1960’s Randall model 4-4.5 hunting knife.  This vintage Randall knife has a Johnson brown button sheath.  This knife would make an important addition to any collection.

The blade is stamped ‘RANDALL MADE  ORLANDO, FLA.’.  The sharpening stone isn’t correct for the time period–correct period stones can be found.  This knife meaures 9″ overall.  The blade itself measures 4 9/16″.  There are initials super lightly scratched into the base of the blade (they are very light so they didn’t show up in the photographs).  Initials are also on the back of the sheath.  

1 exceptional rare Heiser sheath and Marbles Woodcraft knife available.  This knife and sheath was sold by Edward Tyrone Hardware.  The rare Marble’s/Heiser combination would make a rare addition to any collection.

The sheath’s snap is stamped ‘HEISER  DENVER‘.  The back of the sheath is stamped in two places ‘HEISER  HHH  DENVER‘.

1 hard to find early Buck hunting knife.  This knife by Hoyt Buck would make a rare addition to any collection.

This knife has a red and white lucite handle.  The blade tang is stamped ‘.BUCK.’.  The blade measures 3 1/2″.  This knife measures 7 1/8″ overall.

This Buck knife still has its original sheath.  The front of the sheath is stamped ‘BUCK’.  
 

1 old 1930’s-1940’s Richtig hunting knife.  This hard-to-find Richtig variation skinning knife is so very rare.  The blade is a unique, rare shape.  This knife would make an important addition to any collection.

This knife was made by a legend in knife-making.  Frank Richtig had a secret steel tempering process that allowed him to slice through railroad spikes and automobile leaf springs.  Frank would demonstrate this at county fairs–after slicing a railroad spike or leaf spring, he would slice through a piece of paper with the same knife.  Frank earned himself a spot in a ‘Ripley’s Believe It or Not’ magazine in the 1930’s.  These knives can be used for decades, because of Frank’s superior craftsmanship.

This knife measures 9 1/2″ overall.  The blade itself measures 5 1/4″.  This Richtig knife is marked on the pommel ‘F.J.R.  CLARKSON  NEB.’.  

The previous owner of this 1930’s/1940’s Richtig skinner had a modern-made “Cornish sheath” made for it.  So the sheath is not a major part of this listing–it will go with the knife nonetheless.  The sheath is quite nice–the custom leather maker did a beautiful job on it.

The knife measures 14″ overall.  The front side of the blade is stamped ‘W. SCAGEL   HANDMADE‘, and is stamped with the Scagel kris stamp.  The reverse of side of the blade has the original owner’s name ‘Carl Meng‘ etched into it as Bill Scagel often did with carvers.
