1 vintage U.S. World War 1/World War II Mark 1 trench knuckle knife.  This trench fighting knife was made in France for the U.S. Army, and is marked ‘AU LION’ on the tang.  The lion image is stamped just above the Au Lion mark.  This knife would make an important addition to any collection.

This knife measures 11 3/8″ overall.  The blade itself measures 6 3/8″.  ‘U.S. 1918’ is marked on the handle.

1 U.S. World War 2 Pacific Theater Au Lion 1918 Mk1 knuckle knife–with a blade from a Japanese Samurai sword.  This G.I.-made 1918 would make a one of a kind addition to any premium collection.  

A United States G.I. took an Au Lion 1918 knuckle knife, and replaced the blade with the tip of a captured Japanese Samurai sword.  The blade on this knife measures 7 7/8″.  The G.I. ground off one side of the guard so the knife would lie flat against his side (a common thing done by U.S. soldiers who carried 1918’s).

The blade tang is stamped ‘M.S.A. CO.   GLADSTONE   MICH-U.S.A.‘.  This antique Marble’s knife measures 10 1/16″ overall.  The blade itself measures 5 9/16″.  There is no sheath with this large stamp M.S.A.

This knife has a 1/2″ diameter pommel nut.  This knife has a leather handle with a stag pommel.

1 very early Marble’s Safety Axe. Co.–M.S.A.–7-inch Ideal hunting knife w/original Milton Rowland carved cattails tube sheath.  This rare early 1900’s knife would make an exceedingly rare addition to any collection.

This is the large stamp ‘MICH-U.S.A.’ Ideal.  This is a beautiful knife. 

The pommel nut measures 1/2″.  This knife measures 11 7/16″ overall.  The blade itself measures 6 13/16″.  The thick guard measures over 3/16″. 

The original Milton Rowland tube sheath has the hand-carved cattails scene on its front.
