1 water-tempered Special Order Japanese WW2 sword by Amahide.  This fine antique Japanese sword would make an important acquisition for any collection.    
 

This sword bears the inscription on the nakago ‘Commemorating 1941 Departure to the Front — Made for Nagata Chihiro’.  

Signed by the smith ‘Amahide Fukuda of Seki — 1941’.  

This is a traditionally-made sword—note the complex hada/grain.  This sword was made with Tamahagane (Japanese sand steel).  

The blade measures 26 13/16″ (68.2cm) from blade tip to notch in the blade spine.  As mentioned, this is a traditional gendai sword–there are no arsenal or Showa stamps on the nakago.  

The hamon is very complex—this is a exceptional sword.

1 exceptional condition antique World War II Japanese NCO sword available.  This WW2 Japanese NCO sword would make a fine addition to any collection.

The sword and scabbard serial #’s match.  The sword’s serial # is 23293, and the scabbard’s serial # is 23293.  The blade measures 26 3/8″ from tip to top of the habaki (habaki edge that touches the blade).   Note the arsenal stamps on the fuchi (fitting just below the tsuba/guard).

1 hard to find antique Japanese katakama yari.  This is a rare blade spear point shape.  This signed kamayari would make an important addition to any collection.  
 

The Kama yari differs from the jumanji yari in that it has one blade that is shorter than the other.  The temper line is visible.  This yari is signed ‘Motohisa’.  The nakago is ubu (full original length/not cut down).  
 

The blade measures 11 7/16″ in length by 5 3/4″ wide.  This yari measures 27 7/16″ overall.

1 harder to find ca. 1892 (Meiji 25) to 1899 (Meiji 32) Type 25 Japanese Cavalry Sword available.  This sword would make an important addition to any collection.

Above are photos from Jim Dawson’s book Swords of Imperial Japan 1868-1945, Cyclopedia Edition pages 116 & 117 on the Type 25 Cavalry sword.  The brass and wood handle Type 25 sword was authorized for just 8 years, then was replaced by the steel and wood handle Type 32 Cavalry sword.  

This sword measures 35 7/8” overall.

1 Japanese Chosen (Korean Territory) World War 2 and earlier Mounted Police sword.  This normally hard to find sword (uncommonly there are currently two available on eBay—this one and one other) would make an important addition to any collection.
