The ancient 16th-18th century Japanese yajiri/arrowpoint would have been used by true Samurai . This arrowpoint bears the smith’s signature, Yasusada. This large arrowpoint measures 10 1/16″ (25.6 cm), including the tang. The point itself measures 2 5/8″ (7.6 cm) by 1 25/32″ wide (4.5 cm).
CONDITION:
This antique Japanese samurai yanone is in excellent condition. The point has the expected staining as well as what is likely, super light surface-type pitting.
