1 original U.S. World War 1/World War II Mark 1 trench knuckle knife.  This trench fighting knife was made by L.F. & C.  This knuckle knife would make an important addition to any collection.

This knife measures 11 3/4" overall.  The blade itself measures 6 3/4".  'U.S. 1918   L.F.&C.-1918' is marked on the handle.  The scabbard is marked 'L.F.&C.  1918'. 

Note the proper blackening of both knife and sheath.

This original U.S. World War 1 / World War 2 L.F. & C. Mark 1 trench knife is in excellent condition.  The blade has its original blackened finish.  The blade has errant sharpening marks.  Both prongs are gone from the scabbard (it is almost always the case that one or both are gone).
