M.W. Seguine is a custom maker out of Juneau, Alaska. The handle on this knife looks to be made of bone. The blade measures 4 5/16″. The knife measures 8 11/16″ overall. The scabbard is of super high quality. The throat is stamped ‘M.W. SEGUINE JUNEAU, ALASKA’. The sheath has a tapered-shaped sharpening stone in its front pouch.
CONDITION:
This exceptional, vintage M.W. Seguine custom hunting knife is in beautiful condition. There are a couple of spots of carbon patina with some associated light surface finish changes. Everything is nice and tight on this knife. The bone handle is perfect with no cracks or chips. The brass guard and pommel will polish up if the buyer wishes to do that. The belt sheath is in excellent condition with only an occasional light scuff.
