1 antique Japanese Samurai socket yari (pole arm spear point) available. This fine Samurai weapon would make an important addition to any collection.
A yari, or Samurai spear point, was mounted on a pole arm as a weapon with reach.
This yari was brought back by a G.I. after World War 2. This yari measures 7 5/8″. The point itself measures 4 1/4″.
This socket yari is signed in an unusual location–inside the bohi groove.
CONDITION:
This antique Japanese Samurai socket yari is in excellent condition. There is the usual carbon staining on the point. The hamon is visible.
