Late 19th Century/early 20th Century Chinese Jian sword available. This World War 2 vet bringback antique Chinese sword would make an important addition to any collection.
This sword measures 15 7/8″ overall. Each diamond-shaped blade measures 10 3/8″ to the nearest part of the guard. There are Chinese symbols on the scabbard fittings.
Condition:
This antique Chinese Jian sword is in excellent condition. The blade has the expected light staining present on antique carbon steel blades. A 1/2 in X 1 in piece of the scabbard covering is missing along the side seam. It’s not noticeable–take a look at the photos to see for yourself.
