This was the first Ka-Bar Mark 2 knife variation. This knife has the thin pommel, long double guard, and colored spacers. The blade was originally blued on this knife.

The Ka-bar scabbard is ID'd on its front 'HICKS'.
This knife is in excellent condition. The guard is tight, and the handle is excellent. A faint bluing is visible yet. The blade has minor surface oxidation. The scabbard is in excellent condition.
