1 vintage World War II Army Air Corps aircrew survival machete available.

This folding survival machete is uncommon in that it comes complete with its original white/grey leather scabbard, sharpening stone, and white/grey leather thong leg tie-down . Also, this folding survival machete was never used.

See pages 195 and 196 of M.H. Cole's The Best of U.S. Military Knives Bayonets & Machetes for more information on this knife.  The tang on this survival machete is stamped 'IMPERIAL PROV., R.I.'.  The checkered grip handle is made of bakelite material.

This vintage WW 2 Army Air Corps survival machete is in exceptional condition.  This folding machete looks to have never been used. 

The white/grey leather scabbard is in perfect condition with only occasional marks from handling and storage.  The leather is soft with no dryness.  The sharpening stone is perfect.  There is almost no oxidation on the folding machete.  This AAF survival machete has strong spring/snap when opening and closing the blade.
