1 earliest version World War 2 Robeson U.S.N. Mark 2 fighting knife.  This early War Robeson Mark 2 combat knife would make a rare addition to any collection.

This Mark 2 variation has a thick red spacer next to the guard.  The blade is parkerized.  

The blade on this desirable Mark 2 measures 7".  The knife is marked 'ROBESON SHUREDGE' on the front tang.  The reverse tang is stamped 'U.S.N.'. 

The sheath is stamped 'BOYT -43-    U.S.N.'.  

This knife is ID'd--allowing collectors to fully research the vet's history!  The sailor stenciled his name on both the front and back of the sheath 'J.R. WOMER U.S.N.R.'.  

This knife is in as close to mint condition as it gets.
