The knife's blade tang is stamped 'WESTERN  BOULDER, COLO.  PAT.NO.1,967,479'.  This knife measures 11 1/4" overall.  The blade itself measures 6 15/16" to the guard.  The pommel and guard on this knife are made of orange bakelite.

This exceptional WW2 Western L77 stiletto is in beautiful condition.  This knife has its original, unused factory edge.  The stacked leather handle, the guard, and pommel are all in perfect condition.  The rare hanger Western scabbard is in exceptional condition as well.
