1 impossible to find original 1/2 dozen box of unissued U.S. World War 2 military knives. This 1/2 dozen set of original PAL RH-36 fighting knives in the their original military contract box would make an exceptionally rare addition to any collection.
Each knife has a 6" blade. These knives were made for the U.S. military during World War 2 by PAL Cutlery.
This incredibly rare 1/2 dozen box of PAL RH-36 U.S. combat knives is in unissued condition. The handles, guards, pommels, etc. on the knives are perfect. The factory blades are in perfect condition, as they are still covered in dried grease. The sheaths are perfect.
Note on the sheath snaps--the collector I bought this set from had a set he kept for himself. I literally watched him pop the snap off one of his knives by trying to open it. I suggest not unsnapping these knives, as it appeared to happen really easily when the collector did it. Besides, these 75+ year old knives are for collecting--not carrying. (Unsnap at your own risk).
This rarest of the rare World War II 1/2 dozen box of U.S. fighting knives is impossible to find.
