This Nguyen Dan knife measures 11 3/16" overall.  The blade itself measures 6 11/16".  The original Dan sheath has two keeper straps, and a leather thong leg tie-down. 

This knife was in a noted collection of Vietnam SOG knives.  There are Nguyen Dan knives...and then there are one-of-a-kind Nguyen Dan knives.  This is one of them.
