This dirk measures 14 1/8" (35.9 cm) overall. The blade itself measures 9 7/16" (24 cm), as measured properly from blade tip to the habaki. The kashira/pommel fitting is missing from this rare dirk. The buyer may have a Railway dagger kashira on hand, or may plan to locate one to complete this dirk.
The handle has a wire-wrapped black same/rayskin grip. The gold gilt on this Railway dirk is exceptional.
