Silvey's book SOG KNIVES and More from America's War in Southeast Asia. This important knife would make a rare addition to any U.S. fighting knife, military, or world militaria collection.
The book shown in photos 1-5 is Mike Silvey's book. In photos 1-4, I have placed the knife and sheath on the book pages for comparison. See the rub marks, the blade stamp, blade embossment, etc.
This knife measures 11 7/8" overall. The blade itself measures 7".
This U.S. Vietnam Miami John Ek knife is in perfect condition. The blade edges are sharpened exactly as seen in the book.
