The San Antonio Iron Works fighting knife is made with the base portion of the Patton sword. The front tang is stamped 'U.S. No. 11'. The reverse tang is stamped 'L.F.&C. 1918'. This knife measures 14 1/2" overall. The blade itself measures 8 1/4".
