This rare BUCK dagger is maker-marked on the ricasso ‘Buck’ in electric pencil. The original BUCK sheath is stamped on the back ‘BUCK KNIFE CO. 1272 MORENA SAN DIEGO, CAL.’.
This knife has a 6 7/8” double-edged blade. This knife measures 11 3/4” overall.

This L76 Stiletto is pretty cool—modified in the field by the G.I. or Marine who carried it. At first I was confused by the bow to the right of the sheath’s upper belt strap portion. But after looking at it, I realized that he carried it horizontally on his belt for a side draw of the weapon instead of carrying the knife vertically.

This knife has a ‘Randall Made Verification’ Certificate from N.P. (Pete) Hamilton dated May 10, 2004–Pete was the official Randall Knives certifier/historian during that time period. A really great feature helping to make this vintage 1950’s Randall knife highly collectible!
This model 1 measures 13 1/4″ overall. The blade itself measures 8″.
The sheath is by H.H. Heiser, Denver Colo. The sharpening stone pouch was cut off the sheath by the guy who carried it. The brown button sheath is stamped ‘H.H. HEISER MAKER DENVER, COLO. 1 8’.
