1 vintage U.S. World War II Pacific theater New Caledonia fighting knife. This sought-after New Caledonia knife has a fine theater scabbard with it.
This large New Caledonia knife measures 13 11/16″ overall. The blade itself measures 8 15/16″. The handle is stag. The guard is engraved ‘Noumea New Caledonia‘.
The durable scabbard is made of aluminum and leather.
CONDITION:
This vintage U.S. World War II New Caledonia Pacific theater fighting knife is in excellent condition. The scabbard is perfect. The blade has some carbon patina. The blades on New Caledonia knives were primitive–this knife has a metal cut on one edge about 1″ up from the guard. The stag handle is in perfect condition.
