1 mint U.S. WWII Case V42 stiletto. This V-42 is a mint example for only the most advanced collections.
This knife is one of the top condition V-42’s to be found in the world.
This knife is ID’d on the reverse ricasso. This knife is inscribed “17 MAR 43 WD”. There are two soldiers on the First Special Service Force roster with the initials ‘WD’.
This knife has a coveted long sheath. The blade measures 7 3/8″, and the knife measures 12 5/8″ overall.
CONDITION:
This WWII Case V42 stiletto is in mint condition. The bluing is perfect. Only some scratches exist at the knife tip from sheathing the blade. Every feature of this knife is essentially mint.
