Description
1 vintage 2nd pattern Fairbairn-Sykes WWII commando knife w/scabbard. A Second Pattern British commando knife in this condition would make an important addition to any collection.
This F/S knife measures 11 11/16″ overall. The blade itself measures 6 11/16″. The guard is marked ‘52‘, and ‘ENGLAND‘. The scabbard has no markings.
CONDITION:
This vintage Fairbairn-Sykes WWII knife is in excellent condition. The blade was kept sharpened. The handle and guard are in excellent condition. The elastic keeper strap is gone (as is the case with 90% of WWII Fairbairns).
This British WW2 2nd pattern commando knife deserves a home in a premium collection.
