Description
1 vintage U.S. World War 2 San Antonio Iron Works fighting knife. This WW2 combat knife would make an important addition to any collection.
The San Antonio Iron Works fighting knife is made with the base portion of the Patton sword. The front tang is stamped ‘U.S. No. 11‘. The reverse tang is stamped ‘L.F.&C. 1918‘. This knife measures 14 1/2″ overall. The blade itself measures 8 1/4″.
The sheath is the correct tooled leather San Antonio Iron Works sheath.
CONDITION:
This WW2 fighting knife is in excellent condition. Everything on this knife is perfect. The sheath is in excellent condition as well. All stitches, the keeper strap, and the snap are in perfect condition.
