1 antique Japanese tsuba for a Japanese katana available. This fine iron tsuba would make an important addition to any collection, and will also look incredible mounted.

This iron tsuba measures 2 13/16″ inches (71 mm) by 2 13/16″ (71 mm). This tsuba is 3/16″ thick (4.75 mm). The blade opening of this tsuba measures 1 1/16″ (27 mm) by 5/16″ (8 mm).

This tsuba is unusual in that it is particularly thick. The blade opening (nakago-ana) has copper inside it to reduce the size of the blade opening.

CONDITION:

This fine antique Japanese sword tsuba is in exceptional condition. This tsuba has a wonderful dark patina.
