1 U.S. World War 2 Randall Model 1 fighting knife. This early Randall combat knife would make an important addition to any collection.
This knife has its original H.H. Heiser sheath. This 6” blade Randall model 1 knife measures 10 5/16” overall.
The sheath is stamped ‘H.H. HEISER MAKER DENVER, COLO.’.
This World War 2 Randall fighting knife was carried in battle. Two of the fiber spacers have cracks. The guard is perfectly tight. The pommel has two areas where aluminum was removed by the G.I. that carried this knife. Not sure of the purpose behind that. The pommel is perfectly tight, and perfectly solid. The blade has superficial pitting. The Heiser sheath is excellent. The keeper strap is excellent.
