1 battle theater-marked U.S. World War 2 Western L77 Stiletto fighting knife.  This desirable U.S. fighting knife would make an important addition to any collection.

The knife handle was marked by the G.I. or Marine that carried it with the theaters he was involved in 'Pearl Harbor, Guam, Gibraltor, and France'.  The scabbard was marked by the soldier 'Pearl Harbor, Guam, Panama, and France'.  

The soldier's name and serial number are also stenciled on the front of the sheath.  

The knife's blade tang is stamped 'WESTERN  BOULDER, COLO.  PAT.NO.1,967,479'.  This knife measures 11 1/4" overall.  The blade itself measures 6 15/16" to the guard. 

This WW2 Western L77 Stiletto is in excellent condition.  The blade has some staining on a few spots.  There are no edge nicks.  A historic WW2 combat knife.
