1 harder to find World War 2 PAL USMC red spacer Mark 2 fighting knife.  This early War PAL USMC Mark 2 combat knife would make a rare addition to any collection.

This Mark 2 variation has a thick red spacer next to the guard.  The blade is parkerized.  

The blade on this desirable Mark 2 measures 7".  The knife is marked 'PAL' on the front tang.  The reverse tang is stamped 'U.S.M.C.'. 

The sheath is stamped 'PAL BLADE CO.'.  

This knife is ID'd to the U.S. Marine who carried it.  He marked his name 'BEACH' on the blade, on the handle, and on the sheath.  

This knife is in exceptional condition.  The knife has its original factory edge.  The blade is excellent.  The handle is in excellent condition as well.  The sheath is in top condition.
