1 U.S. WW2 Randall model 1 fighting knife available. This desirable ID’d U.S. WW2 edged weapon would make an important addition to any collection.
The blade is ID’d on the reverse with the soldier’s name and serial #. The sheath is marked ‘H.H. HEISER MAKER DENVER, COLO.’.
This knife measures 12 1/8” overall. The blade measures 7 1/4”.
The knife blade is darkened by carbon staining and some last oxidation. The handle is excellent. The sheath has wear. The sharpened stone pocket’s snap broke through—note from the photos above that the snap was saved, and comes with the knife. Place the snap in its place on the flap, and it looks nice while lying out on display. The keeper strap is broken—its snaps and leather were also saved, and come with the knife.
