1 vintage U.S. World War 1/World War II Mark 1 trench knuckle knife.  This trench fighting knife was made by L.F. & C.  This knife would make an important addition to any collection.

This knife measures 11 3/4" overall.  The blade itself measures 6 13/16".  'U.S. 1918   L.F.&C.-1918' is stamped on the guard. 

The metal scabbard is stamped 'L.F.&C.  1918'.

This original U.S. World War 1 / World War 2 L.F.&C. Mark 1 trench knife is in excellent condition.  The blade has no pitting, and only the expected carbon patina staining.  The skull crusher pommel has minor oxidation.  The scabbard is perfect.
