1 Japanese World War II Navy Officer's kai gunto sword available.  This IJN Officer's sword was made at the Tenshozan Naval Forge.  This Japanese sword would make an important addition to any collection.

The tempered blade measures 24 3/4" (65.4 cm) from blade tip to notch in the blade spine. 

The tsuka has rayskin under the silk wrap.  This IJN kai-gunto sword has a black sharkskin (shagreen) saya.  
 

This sword is also dated--the date is January 1943.  

This IJN sword is in exceptional condition.  The blade has no nicks and is in excellent polish.  The koshirae/mounts are in exceptional condition.
