1 premium World War II Japanese Samurai Army Officer's sword available.  This WW2 gendai sword would make an important addition to any collection.

The blade was made by the 1 Million Yen swordsmith Hidehiro.  Hidehiro earned 1st Seat ranking at the 1941 Exhibition.  

The Rikugun Jumei Tosho star stamp is stamped above Hidehiro's signature.  Interestingly, there are also two kanji on the mune/spine on the nakago.  

 

The blade measures 25 7/8" (65.7 cm) from blade tip to notch in the blade spine.  All fittings have matching assembly numbers--the seppa, tsuba, etc. are stamped '27'.  

This sword has a complex hamon. 

This Japanese WW2 Samurai Army Officer's sword is in exceptional condition.  There are no nicks in the blade edge.  This sword is in such fine condition that no polish is needed.  The hamon and boshi are perfectly healthy.  This sword is guaranteed against fatal flaws.  All mounts are in excellent condition.  There is some lacquer wear on the saya where the Officer's chain hanger rubbed.
