1 earliest version World War 2 Robeson U.S.N. Mark 2 fighting knife.  This early War Robeson Mark 2 combat knife would make a rare addition to any collection.

This Mark 2 variation has a thick red spacer next to the guard.  The blade is parkerized.  

The blade on this desirable Mark 2 measures 7".  The knife is marked 'ROBESON SHUREDGE' on the front tang.  The reverse tang is stamped 'U.S.N.'.

This knife is in mint, unissued condition.  The sheath has occasional minor scuffs, etc. from being in various collections over the 80 years since the War.
