1 rare U.S. World War II Taylor-Huff knuckle knife. This aluminum handle variation Huff knuckle knife would make an important addition to any collection.
This is a very large Huff combat knife. This knife measures 13 11/16" overall. The double-edged blade itself measures 9". The blade and knuckle guard have the typical Huff blued-finish.
The aluminum handle is stamped on one side 'PAT.APPLD.FOR. NO.1086.'. The other side of the handle is marked as well. It looks like it is the U.S. Serviceman's name. The sheath, though not the typical type associated with Huff knuckle knives, is the one that has been with it ever since the knife was made. The Serviceman went off to War without waiting for one of Huff's typical sheaths to be made for it.
