1 ancient Japanese Samurai o-tanto sword available.  This fine antique Japanese sword would make an important acquisition for any collection.    
 

This o-tanto (long tanto) sword has finely carved horimono.  

This sword is signed ‘Sukemune’.  The blade measures 12 1/2" from blade tip to notch in the blade spine.  

This sword is in excellent condition.  There are just two tiny nail-catcher type nicks in the blade edge.  The blade has only minor staining—so it is in a decent state of polish.  Fortunately, the horn fittings and menuki missing from the koshirae can all be replaced.  The blade's hamon and boshi are perfectly healthy.  This is a fine sword.
