1 antique 1850's English Folding Swing Guard Bowie hunting knife.  This folding dirk is in rare condition.  This knife would make an important addition to any collection.

No maker is visible on this knife that I can see.  This 19th century folding Bowie measures 8 9/16" when closed.  This knife measures 11 13/16" when opened.  The blade itself measures 7 1/16". 

This antique 1850's folding Bowie knife is in rare condition.  There is pitting on the blade, but it's not bad.  There are a couple of spots of dermatid activity on the handle.  There is one tight, stable pin crack in the handle that is shallow, and doesn't go all the way through the scale.  The knife locks up perfectly tight.  The leather belt sheath is in great condition.
